Q: We are shopping around for family owners & car insurance. Capital Insurance & Financial Services, LLC is coming in cheaper & with more coverage than other places. I have not heard of them before (which doesn't show anything) but I can't find much on them on the net. Just wondering if they have been a good company for others & if you recommend them.
*This makes sense that this is upright the agency name- I see now actual insurance company & will repost! Thanks!
A: There are a whole slew of insurance companies with Capital in their name. But none called "Capital Insurance & Monetary Services, LLC".
I'd bet you're dealing with an AGENCY there, not a company. In which case, you necessary to find out which companies they represent.

are insurance premiums considered as capital for insurance premiums?
Jan 23, 2008 by angelo | Posted in Insurance
Q: specifically for allotment plans, are the premiums received here considered as capital by insurance companies? assuming they are the ones issuing these allotment policies
A: I don't have knowledge of what this question is really trying to get at but premiums paid in return for life insurance coverage, old-age pension or not, are merely earnings. They have nothing to do with the capital and surplus reported by the insurance company at the time.

"Too big to abort" must die. I am preparing legislation to empower federal regulators to curb in and dismantle pecuniary firms that are so fat, inter-connected, or hazardous that their diminish would put at chance the full American money-making system, even if those firms currently play to be well-capitalized and fine fettle. Never again should American taxpayers have to bail out euphoric-flying financiers when their dangerous bets go acescent.
The productive meltdown we critically averted last year rightfully convinced the American people that we necessary to re-sound out the essential shape of our monetary system. Separator Row financiers, however, seem to judge that -- now that they are basically sure thanks to American tax dollars that kept them afloat during the worst of the emergency -- they can good go back to corporation as old. I have tidings for Bulkhead Terrace: The exultant shifted, and it will never recrudescence to the way it was before mid-September, 2008.
Our only two living former chairmen of the Federal Restraint Directorship -- Paul Volcker and Alan Greenspan -- have both indicated they mainstay making indubitable that our polity's largest economic institutions become smaller so that none would be too big to peter out. Capitalism is the most vibrant, submissive, and proficient budgetary system mankind has yet devised, and it is intrinsic that we limit governmental difficulty in the disposition of capital as much as realizable. At the same spell, however, we must forever produce in astuteness that the outcome of any financial system is to wait on the needs of people through the productive parceling out of goods and services.
