Why does Ryanair have to charge me nearly £13.00, for using my Mastercard. Other services (Insurance) none.?

Q: Buy tickets from Ryanair, 2 flights £29.99, 2 flights £39.99. Reckon £139.96 - Final cost £270. £12.75 for mastercard.

Buy Atlas insurance, £10.04 - Final set someone back £10.04 No charge for mastercard.
Why the difference

A: Because that is the fee that is charged to them by mastercard. The Atlas insurance has the fee built in to their assault. Ryanair could do this as well but they have more non credit card transactions than the insurance company and want to pass the savings on to people who don't use a merit card, instead of just adding 13 pounds to everyones bill.

Q: I am looking for a themselves from an insurance company in USA or UK, who is responsible for the way how are their products sold.

Eventually another person on higher posture (manager) and eventually in another country.

I have tried to contact all the insurance companies in USA, but they have very strong bureaucratic processes and gloomy-weight organizational structure. Therefore it wasn't possible for me to reach any from the mentioned.
