Who pays for the home insurance when you let your house?

Q: I ask this challenge on behalf of my friend, who lives in Malaysia. He wants to know what the law in England will be in this wrapper.

My friend is gonna let his house to another, so that he can have some income. A question arises: They need to buy a home insurance in case there is an accessary like fire. Apparently in Malaysia, a homeowner doesn't have to buy insurance for his house.

So in this case, who should pay for the home insurance, the homeowner or the occupant? I mean, the rental period is 2 years, and the insurance, if paid, will cover for 2 years only.

A: whoever owns the clan
duh

What Insurance companies let you work from home filing claims or doing data entry?

Q:

A: I recall of a health benefits company that does employ people work from home. It is a Fellow of the Chamber of commerce and has been around for over 15 years. They allow people to basically be their own boss and toil from home on their own schedule. If you want to know more, email me anytime.

Why won't my home owners insurance co. let me increase my insurance coverage?

Q: I've had the same ins. co for 20 + years, and, although there have been inadequate increases in the amount my house is insured for, I feel that my house is underinsured for my area. During the last 10 years, I have called AAA several times and asked to better my coverage because the cost of repairs, rebuilding, etc. are so expensive in my area. AAA just insists that I have enough coverage to inundate rebuilding costs. I've told local builders/remodelers my coverage amount and they reasonable laugh. I've had other ins. co.s give me quotes, and they always give me a more accurate replacement cost. So, why don't I buy theirs? Well, after so many years with AAA, I now have earned discounts on my in short supply. To get discounts with a new ins. co., I'd have to start all over again.

So, why does AAA want me to be underinsured? I'm willing to pay more for my insurance, so what's their problem?

A: I would ask to deal with to a manager. This is strange, they'd get more premium $ from you.

Need to find new homeowners insurance - PNW Riders

DavidZ, apologetic to condone. Due to WA insurance laws, people with home claims are not looked upon well. If you have not already, call your spokeswoman and unreservedly with them. They may be adept to shelter your problem (have him struggle for you!). Otherwise you're booming to unfortunately find a meagre amount of companies zealous to take on new busines with a bereavement. Costco, or "Ameriprise" (who they use) has been my unambiguous #1 worst insurance sample ever. In 2005 when I was blindsided on my motorcycle by one of their insureds flipping an outlawed U-Circle, it took them over 2 years to give me $0.10. They faught to pay as sparse as attainable, I caught them in documented lies, ignored until I brought an attorney in to labourers, and even then was still underpaid And I'm an delegate, so I can only fancy how much your customary Joe would get screwed.
