Q: The splash heater at my house is 20 years old, and it has been discovered leaking on the button, and it has been intoxication suggested to install a new heater by the mechanics and the forum. Our insurance company (First America) provided us with a concern to change the water heater. @sandy: yes we called them, if you peruse my question carefully, the insurance claim that they paid for the installation and the price of the water heater tank. We are employment them again now and they are telling us the same thing..
Ok, we called the insurance company and they let us to do the replacement ourselves then send us a check of ~$400 dollars. We only miss to contact home-depot ourselves to get the water heater replaced, in the end we only need to pay ~$350.
