What health benefits are green card holders, who are senior citizens, eligible for?

Child Health Insurance Program Turned Down By Republicans?

Q: I upstanding read that top Senior Republicans are telling Bush to veto a bill that would increase cigarette tax by 61 cents , that spondulicks would go to a program that gives health insurance to children who's families who don't qualify for Medicaid because they make too much , but not nearly enough to give private insurance. The proposed budget was $35 billion, it would be cut to short of $5 billion.

I ask you people, how on clay could you possibly turn down a program such as this? Are you purely inhuman? The majority of Americans are middle to shame class and can't afford any form of insurance, so they pay dearly when their children go to the hospital and many are forced into answerable for.

I ask you, is this fair? Name one good reason this program SHOULDN'T pass!
