What will happen if you don't pay the state of California for your child's health insurance?

Q: I have Medi-Cal for my infant son because i cannot have the means to put him on my health insurance and his father hasn't helped one penny in that department either.
Now that my son has been approved for state health ins., a holder has been opened to go after his father for compensation...which is what he gets for not taking care of his responsibilites.
How much will they go after him for and what will meet with if he doesn't pay?
A: They'll go after him for 25% of what he makes, or judicious minimums, which in CA is $250 a month, MINIMUM.
If he doesn't pay, they'll attach his paychecks, assign his wages, and if the amount owed goes over $5,000, they'll suspend the renewal of any licenses he gets through the ceremonial, including drivers licenses. If he STILL doesn't pay, then they'll assign him weekend jail however, where he has to pick up trash on the side of the road at $8 an hour, and that whole entire amount, goes to pay the child brace.
California is VERY aggressive about deadbeat dads.

Q: my old lady is coming to america and we are buying privare health insurance for child birth ..does any one have recommendations for which individual health insurance to buy ? how can i get maternity converage and how much does it cost to have a baby in america

she is not a householder of US and not eligible for medicaid

Q: I actual in texas, my child is in Oklahoma. Can I qualify for SoonerCare or some type of state-sponsored child health insurance if I abut the requirements but live out of state?
A: No. Each declare only pays for residents of their state.
You can move or try to get health insurance on your own or through your employer.
