Q: I have only been driving since january this year, i currently own a victory spitfire that i have been restoring for the last two years, it is in really nice condition now and want something new, the insurance was only £756 for the first year which i was very on top of the world about.
I want to sell my car an buy another convertible, but what cars have cheap insurance? i am looking into the the possibility of another classic or just a more brand-new car. all suggestions welcome.

Q: I shortage to buy a $200 car mainly to run it into my friend's $200 car (kind of like playing bumper cars with honest cars). I need a really cheap insurance that will basically only allow this car to be legal. I don't plan on making any claims on it or using it for anything other than playing around on withdrawn property.
