How Do I Get Phone Numbers On The No-call List?

I had my phone (and apartment) put on the no call list a while back but, I don't remember the number. My son (17) has been getting calls on his cell about his assurance about to expire for his car insurance. Today - my daughter (12) got the same call on her cell! If anyone knows how to stop these calls I would regard highly it - last time I got the info from my local newspaper. Thanks in advance!

I flaming here in upper N. E. Alpena, Michigan. I am a low income person, that can afford basic car insurance, PLPD. Please assistants me with this problem that I do have. If you can help I would like to have web-sight's and phone numbers that would be really good help to me. I have to say that I am miserable for any bad spelling. Thank you for helping me.

Last week, while leaving my university campus I hit a guy front my dorm room tower. I was minor damage, probably a couple scratches, yet enough to get in clover out of the situation. He was a nice guy and we only exchanged names and phone numbers and not insurance company or license info. Although he called a unite times over the next week, I refused to answer my phone (which is a terrible thing to do). I have obtained a parking permit under the university's parking services and I surmise he could look me up through RMV and other services, but can he find my insurance policy and info (which my parents pay 4) and other valuable word (which he could even obtain through my college)?
