complaint about a car insurance company?

Q: i am so discontented with my previous car insurance company. they just tried everything they can to rip me off. i wonder:
1. where i can go to file a complaint: i will describe how i was mistreated by that insurance group.
2. also, what agency that give a rating to insurance companies? can i contact them to tell them about my story.
i think we essential to support good insurance companies. for those bad apples, we need to let the public know. thanks


A: Try shopping for quotes. That way you settle upon. But if your history is bad you"ll pay more . Shop just the same.

I hit the car, I dont have liability insurance?

Q: I hit this car and I don't have answerability insurance. the cops were called and a complaint was lodged. however they did not issue me a ticket. I talked to the other dinner party the next day as i traced them and talked to them. i am ready to pay for his car damage. I want to know will be better off that his car insurance flock gets it repaired and will they send me the letter of demand. or shall i go with him to the body snitch on and get it repaired and get it done.
any help and advice is appreciable. the state is Connecticut.

Oct. 12--Stage insurance regulators upheld about one of every eight consumer complaints against Tommy voyager auto insurers last year, the constitution Insurance Bank on said.
