Q: i saved £230 when iswitched my car insurance.now my last go-between has sent me a bill for £136 saying i should of informed them when i switched.should i just pay or complain that i they had done the job i paid them to do i wouldnt of had to twitch in the firstplace wat do you think ?????

Q: I'm a proof guy, I pay my premium on time and have been loyal to them. I was rammed by two yobs, who then drove away hitting three other cars long run abandoning it a short distance away. My partner and her eleven year old daughter were injured. The nearside situation arch and headlight, indicator housing was wrecked making it virtually undrivable.

Why am I then nine days later, still answering the same questions to the same people, still waiting to have my car examined. Now to cap it all, they're saying I may have to pay for all the mutilation because the other car was stolen and they need to redeem their losses!! What is the point of car insurance when they dont give you the protection they probability? I must be thick or something. Help!!!..............cracking up.
